More on The Ten Commandments

Are we still required to keep the Ten Commandments of Yahuah?

The Ten Commandments have been Yahuah’s Law since the beginning of time. They did not arrive for the first time when Yahuah wrote them in sapphire and gave them to Moses. Therefore the Ten Commandments were not part of the Law of Moses at all and they have no need to be fulfilled. They were never “nailed to the cross.”

In Matthew 5: 17, 18 Yahushua says, “Do not think that I came to annul the Law, but to fulfill it. Truly I say to you that until heaven and earth depart not one letter or dot shall be abolished from the Law or the Prophets, because all will be fulfilled.”

What Law is He talking about here?

I John 2:3-7

Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of Yahuah is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. Brethren, I write no new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you heard from the beginning.

Revelation 12: 17

And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which guard the commandments of Yahuah, and have the testimony of Yahushua.

Revelation 14: 12

Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of Yahuah and the beliefs of Yahushua.

Revelation 22: 14

Blessed are those who do His commandments; that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

John 14:15

“If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

I John 3: 4-9

Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Yahuah was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of Yahuah does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of Yahuah.

John 5: 14

Afterward Yahushua found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”

The above Scripture should tell you the following:

That Yahuah’s Law has been here since the beginning

That we are required to keep the Law of Yahuah

That there is no sin without law

That sin is transgression of Yahuah’s Law

That if Yahuah abides in you, you cannot sin

That you can live a sin-free life

His Law has been here since the beginning. Satan being the first to sin against Yahuah, he then tempted man and man fell. Man sinned throughout the Old Testament, not just from the point when Yahuah wrote the Ten Commandments in sapphire, with His finger. There cannot be sin without law, because sin is transgression of the law. Sin is breaking His Law. Sin is breaking the Ten Commandments. If He abides in us, we cannot sin.

Many people believe that Yahushua lived a perfect life just because of who He is. That is not the case. Yahushua was exactly like us while He was here in this world. He was just as capable of sinning as all of us are. If that were not the case why would Satan waste his time in the desert trying to tempt Yahushua? Yahushua lived a perfect, sin-free life by keeping Yahuah’s Law, the Ten Commandments. He knew that it is sinful to break the Law of Yahuah. Why would Yahushua tell people to “go and sin no more,” if it were not possible? He would not.

The Ten Commandments condensed…

1. I Am Yahuah, Thou shalt have no others before Me.

2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image.

3. Thou shalt not take the name of Yahuah in vain.

4. Remember the Sabbath day.

5. Honor thy father and mother.

6. Thou shalt not murder.

7. Thou shalt not do lechery.

8. Thou shalt not steal.

9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

10. Thou shalt not covet.

James 2: 10

For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.

Most people try to keep most of the Ten Commandments, except for the fourth one, but they are unaware that they break the first three Commandments on a regular basis.

I will elaborate on that later.

The seventh day Sabbath:

Do not think that this only applies to one group of people. We are all Israel. Israel consisted of twelve tribes, not just one. Galatians 3: 29 And if you belong to Yahushua, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Hebrews 4: 1-10

Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest,’” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “They shall not enter My rest,” Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience, again He designates a certain day saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts.” For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. There remains therefore a rest for the people of Yahuah. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as Yahuah did in His.

The above Scripture is telling us that we should still be keeping the seventh day Sabbath.

The author of Hebrews is quoting from Psalm 95: Today, If you will hear His voice: “Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, As in the day of trial in the wilderness, When your fathers tested Me; They tried Me, though they saw My work. For forty years I was grieved with that generation, And said, ‘It is a people who go astray in their hearts, And they do not know My ways.’ So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest.’”

Have you ever wondered why Yahuah was angry with the people in Isaiah 1: 13 and 14?

Yahuah says to them, “Bring no more futile sacrifices; incense is an abomination to Me; the New Moons, the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies – I cannot endure iniquity and the sacred meeting. Your New Moons and your appointed feasts My soul hates; They are a trouble to Me, I am weary of bearing them.”

I wondered why He was angry, after all Yahuah was the One that gave the instructions for the New Moons, the Sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, and the appointed feasts. Why was Yahuah angry with them?

Yahuah was angry with them because they were having all of the appointed times of worship on the wrong days. They were following Satan’s calendar, not Yahuah’s calendar.

This brings me to Colossians 2:16

So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a New Moon or Sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Yahushua.

Some people are taught, or teach that the above passage means that there are no longer festivals, New Moons, or Sabbaths. This passage is not saying that at all. It is referring to the fact that the people being spoken to were following the correct festival, New Moons and Sabbath days when everyone else around them were not.  There were disputes concerning the correct appointed times back then also.

(Now in the explaining of the above Scripture, I realize that we are meant to keep the festivals also. There are examples of the disciples keeping the appointed times after Yahushua had ascended. Yahushua lived on this earth as an example to us. He kept all of Yahuah’s Days. Yahushua’s disciples told us to follow their example, as they were following His example.)

In John 7:19 Yahushua says, “Did not Moses give you the Law, yet none of you keeps the Law? Why do you seek to kill Me?

A few questions for you:

  • Where in Scripture does it say that Yahuah un-favoured the seventh day?
  • Where in Scripture does it say that Yahuah named the months and the days of the week?
  • Where in Scripture does it say that Yahuah created the paper calendar hanging on your wall?
  • Where in Scripture does it say that we are to have watchers looking out for the crescent moon or non-moon and    that when it is sighted, to go tell the panel of deciders, so that they can decide if it is or isn’t; and if they agree that it is, to have it announced to the whole world? (This comes from Babylon.)
  • Where in Scripture does it say to add extra days to months and extras months to years?

Scripture mentions none of those.

Yahuah created His calendar in the beginning.  His calendar is the sun, moon, stars, and the green corn of the barley.

All other calendars are of Satan.

It is very important that you know there is a huge difference between Yahuah’s calendar and Satan’s calendars. This huge difference is the very reason that I have tried to prove to you that keeping all of the Ten Commandments, and all of His days, is required of us to this day.

This includes the seventh day Sabbath.

It is one of the very reasons why the wolves in sheep’s clothing lie to us.

Now, more about Satan:

As you know, Satan wants to take Yahuah’s place.

Scripture tells us that Satan is the ruler of this world.

In this world Satan has taken the place of Yahuah.

Satan has his own calendars where the months start with his new moons and not Yahuah’s New Moons. It contains the names of the false ones for months and days. It also contains pagan days throughout the year. All of these false ones and pagan days can be traced right back to Satan. Satan knows Scripture. He knew of Yahuah’s plan to send Yahushua. That is why Satan mimicked Yahushua’s story in the stories of the false ones, he wanted to make it his story, Satan’s story.

Satan has his followers, the ones that outright follow him, thinking that they can have and/or do anything they please on this earth without consequences.

Satan also has followers that do not even realize they are his followers. He has deceived all of us.

Satan has a way of twisting the truth. He has many different ways of doing this. He has used “the lying pen of the scribe,” and he has used the wolves in sheep’s clothing, false prophets. He is still using these methods today.

Satan can come in any form. We know one form is evil. Another is in the form of what we believe to be truth. One day Satan will walk this earth pretending to be Yahushua. Satan will act like Yahushua. He will act in a loving, caring way, and he will perform miracles, just like Yahushua did when He was upon this earth. Satan will act like a sheep, when he is truly the wolf. Satan will act like this because he does not want us to recognize him, much like the way he hides today. He will have almost the entire world at his feet, worshipping him, much like he does today.

Satan knew of events concerning Yahuah’s time on this earth; before, during, and after. Satan knows about the events of the end also. He knows what we will expect, what has been foretold, and he will use that information to his advantage.

Again I ask you, do you realize exactly what Satan is capable of doing?

How well do you know Satan?

Something for you to think about:

Jeremiah 6: 16

“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the righteous way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for you souls.”

In the old Scripture we are told to seek the ancient paths, so that we will find rest for our souls.

Isaiah 66:23

“And it shall come to pass, that from New Moon to New Moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before Me.”

“All flesh,” each and every one of us, will someday worship Yahuah on His days; His New Moons and Sabbaths.

Keep in mind that this is one of the reasons why the wolves in sheep’s clothing lie to us.

There are those that follow the traditions of man, and look to the non-moon or the sight of the first crescent sliver. That is straight out of Babylon, and they Satan’s new moons.

Updated Information

Yahuah’s New Moon is a full moon, not the traditional/scientific full moon. This moon starts rising when it's not quite full and as it gets higher in the heavens, it becomes a full moon.

Now what I witnessed as this tenth month of Yahuah's began (1/29/2018)  was something unexpected. I expected the above mentioned New Moon, and for it to be followed the next evening by the traditional/scientific full moon. That is not what I saw. The above mentioned New Moon came the next evening, so my figuring of the calendar days were off again.

This is what I witnessed the next three evenings, the above mentioned true New Moon, a full moon, and then the traditional/scientific full moon. Now for clarification, the traditional/scientific moon is the moon that rises at the same time the sun is going down. Science has taught us that this is the only time that the moon is full, and we know that is not true. We have witnessed otherwise.

So I searched Scripture for evidence.

Knowing what I know now, the below Scripture is referring to two separate moons, the true New Moon and the full moon that follows it.

Psalm 81:3

Blow the trumpet at the time of the New Moon, the full moon, on our solemn feast day.

What I witnessed this month means that the New Moon can be followed by at least two full moons.

Now for the tough part, in order for the 29 day count to be accurate, you must count the New Moon, and the full moon or full moons that follow it as one.

Most of us are familiar with the story of David and Jonathan in 1 Samuel 20 about the two feasts days of the New Moon.

While reading the Scriptures from the Wycliffe version below, keep in mind that calends means "the first day of the month."

I Samuel 20 (I Kings in the Wycliffe version)

5 And David said to Jonathan, Lo! calends be to morrow, and by custom I am would to sit by the king to eat; therefore suffer thou men that I be his in the field 'til to eventide of the third day.

18 And Jonathan said to him, Calends be to morrow, and thou shalt be sought;

19 for thy sitting shall be sought til after to morrow. Therefore thou shalt go down hastily, and thou shalt come in to the place, where thou shalt be hid in the day, when it is lawful to work; and thou shalt sit beside the stone, to which the name is Ezel.

26 And Saul spake not any thing in that day; for he thought, that in hap to befelled to him, that he was not clean neither purified.

27 And when the second day after the calends had shined, the place of David appeared void. And Saul said to Jonathan his son, Why cometh not the son of Jesse neither yesterday, neither to day to eat?

34 Therefore Jonathan rose from the table in the ire of woodenness, and he eat not bread in the second day of calends; for he was sorry on David, for his father had shunt him.

35 And when the morrowtide had shined, Jonathan came in to the field, and a little child with him, Go thou, and bring to me the arrows which I cast. And when the child had run, he casted another arrow beside the child.

Numbers 28:11 (Wycliffe version)

Indeed in calends, that is, in the beginnings of month, this, ye should offer burnt sacrifice to Yahuah, twain calves of the drove, one ram, seven lambs of one year, without blemish,

Numbers 10:10 (AKJV)

Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and it the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before Yahuah: I Am Yahuah.

Ezra 3:5 (AKJV)

and afterward offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of Yahuah that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a freewill offering unto Yahuah.

Amos 8:5 (AKJV)

saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?

So yes, there is Scriptural evidence.

How does Yahuah's calendar work?

As stated in Genesis, a day is “evening and morning,” along with the darkness He called night. Anyone telling you any different is a liar, a false prophet, and a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Yahuah’s calendar year starts with the first of His New Moons, after the corn of the barley turns green. Not the New Moons or the barley in Jerusalem, but the New Moons and the barley where you live.

Yahuah’s New Moons start a new month. His true New Moon starts rising while it is not quite full and as it gets higher in the heavens, it becomes a full New Moon. This full New Moon will shine again the following evening, and perhaps even a third evening as we witnessed on the evenings of the 29th, 30th, and 31st days of Jan, 2018.

Yahuah's New Moon lasts until the evening after the traditional/scientific full moon stops shining. This is at least two, possibly three days, as witnessed to this date.

Isaiah 66:23

“And it shall come to pass, that from New Moon to New Moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before Me.”

The above passage tells us that New Moons and Sabbaths are His set apart days.

Yahuah’s calendar in summary, works like this:

New Moon starts rising while it is not quite full and as it gets higher in the heavens, it become a full New Moon, it will shine again the following evening. New Moon is two days, as mentioned in 1 Samuel. Update: Do not count the traditional, scientific full moon as part of Day One, see Yahuah's Calendar page for more details using the above link. New Moon is set apart, according to Scripture, feasts, no work or business takes place during New Moon; except work for Yahuah as the tabernacle was built on such a day.

Six days of labor, with the first of these being “the first day of the week”

Seventh day Sabbath, on the 8th day of His month

Six days of labor, with the first of these being “the first day of the week”

Seventh day Sabbath, on the 15th day of His month

Six days of labor, with the first of these being “the first day of the week”

Seventh day Sabbath, on the 22nd day of His month

Six days of labor, with the first of these being “the first day of the week”

Seventh day Sabbath, on the 29th day of His month

Until next New Moon, that begins a new month. It will be seen on the evening of the 29th day.

This is the calendar mentioned in Scripture, the one that Yahuah created in the beginning.  Yahuah’s New Moons can fall on any of the days, as we know them. That also means that “the first day of the week” will also fall on any of the days, as we know them. This should tell you that “the first day of the week” does not refer to any particular day as we know them. It should also tell you that “the first day of the week” is not one of Yahuah’s set apart days.

Yahuah’s calendar was not new at the time of Moses; it has been here since the beginning. The people had been in captivity for 400 years in Egypt, and were made to live by Egyptian/Babylonian calendars, Satan's calendars. Yahuah was just reminding them, and us, of His calendar. As mentioned earlier, Yahuah got upset with the people for worshiping on the wrong days. They were still using the Egyptian/Babylonian calendars for their business and eventually allowed it to take the place of Yahuah’s calendar. Probably because, much like it is today, it is easier to go along with the rest of the world and follow their calendars, Satan’s calendars.

We are to be set apart and not of this world.

Many years ago the rulers of the world, Satan’s helpers, went around the world killing anyone that was keeping Yahuah’s true set apart days. That is another example of several methods that Satan has used to try to hide Yahuah’s calendar from us. This is because Satan wants us to keep his days, and not those of Yahuah.

Yahuah’s calendar does not fit on any of Satan’s calendars.

I realize that this is a lot of new information to be receiving at one time. I pray that you realize the importance of it all. As mentioned before, it is one of the reasons why the wolves continue to lie to us.

Yahuah is not the one that made all of this difficult to understand.

Satan is responsible for all the confusion.

Yahuah’s New Moon can fall on any week day as we know them. For example, His New Moon falls on this certain evening, then the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th Sabbath Days will also fall on that same certain evening each week for that month of His. On the next month of His calendar, the day of His New Moon will be on a different certain day for that month.

On Yahuah’s calendar not many of His worship days would actually fall on the days that most people believe to be His day.

Satan’s calendars usually have the five working days, and the two day weekends.

How do you suppose that a business person would be able to keep the seventh day Sabbath in the world as we know it today?

Would his boss let him take off work for a month’s worth of a certain day or any other random days throughout the year? Probably not; that does not fit today’s business calendar.

Would he even ask his boss for these certain days off, in order to keep the seventh day Sabbath? He probably would not, because he would want to keep his job.

This is one or the reasons that the wolves in sheep’s clothing continue to lie to us, they want to keep their weekend work day jobs too.

It’s so much easier to just follow the traditions of man and use Satan’s calendars, because it is the only calendar that most of us know. Satan made sure of that.

It is quite easy for the wolves to lie to us. They know that we have been following the traditions of man. We have been following the same calendars that our ancestors followed for generations. The wolves in sheep's clothing even know that if they were to tell us the real truth about the seventh day Sabbath, among other things, we probably would not believe them anyway. They know that Satan’s calendars have been branded on the hearts of man.

By following the traditions of man and not studying Scripture as we are supposed to do, we have made it easier for the wolves in sheep’s clothing and Satan to lie to us. Do not put your trust in them.

When the time comes and the rulers of the world, demand us to worship on their chosen day, Satan’s day, and kill those who are keeping Yahuah’s true worship days, much like it was done in the past, will it matter then? Will we follow their traditions and their commands or will we do as Yahuah has commanded?

Psalm 118:8

It is better to trust in Our Creator than to put confidence in man.
